Delete your FlowText account and data

1. Open FlowText and go to the Settings tab.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete account and data.
4. Confirm, and sign in with Google again if asked. This confirms it is you.

Your account and cloud data are deleted straight away, and the copy on your phone is cleared.

If you can no longer open the app (for example you uninstalled it or lost the phone), email [email protected] from the Google account you used, with the subject "Delete my FlowText account".

We will delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

• Your FlowText account (the Google sign-in record in Firebase Authentication, including your email address and user ID)
• The display name you entered
• Your level, stars, scores, streak and saved game progress
• Your notification token (used for reminders and announcements)
• The copy of your game progress on your phone (cleared when you delete in the app)

• Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase: which screens were opened, game results). They are not linked to your name or email once your account is deleted. Event data is kept up to 2 months and user-level data up to 14 months, then Google removes it.
• Advertising data held by Google AdMob. Google handles it under its own policies, not us. You can reset or turn off your advertising ID in your phone's Settings.
• Your 365-day challenge record stays on your phone only and is never sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Your scripts, recordings and exported videos never leave your phone, and we never receive them. They are deleted from your phone when you delete the drafts in the app or uninstall it.
